These terms govern your use of studio3sta.comand your participation in events hosted by Studio III (“Studio III,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a pop-up wellness studio based in St. Augustine, Florida. By using our site, buying a ticket, or attending an event, you agree to these terms.

Our events

Studio III hosts pop-up fitness classes, nutrition talks, and community get-togethers at local businesses around St. Augustine. Dates, locations, hosts, and offerings change from event to event and may be updated or canceled.

Tickets, payments, and cancellations

Tickets are sold through Eventbrite, and your purchase is also subject to Eventbrite’s terms. Unless an event states otherwise, tickets are non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule an event, we’ll notify ticket holders and, where appropriate, offer a refund or transfer. A portion of ticket proceeds (typically 20%) is donated to a charity chosen by the host of each event.

Health, fitness, and assumption of risk

Our classes and activities are physical in nature and carry inherent risks, including the risk of injury. You should consult a physician before participating, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, or are unsure whether an activity is right for you. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to take part, agree to work within your own limits, and assume all risks associated with attending and participating in our events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Studio III, its founders, instructors, staff, and host venues from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.

Photography and video release

Photographers and videographers are present at most of our events to capture content for Studio III. By attending an event, you grant Studio III the irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free right to photograph and record you, and to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display your name, image, likeness, and voice in any media — including our website, social media, and promotional materials — without further notice, approval, or compensation.

If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please let a Studio III team member know when you arrive, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you. If you appear in content we’ve already published and would like it removed, email us and we’ll make a reasonable effort to do so.

Acceptable use and content

The text, images, logos, and design on this site belong to Studio III or our partners and are protected by law. Please don’t copy, resell, or misuse them, and don’t use the site in any way that’s unlawful or could harm Studio III or others.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The site and our events are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Studio III is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our events.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
