Studio III (“Studio III,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a pop-up wellness studio based in St. Augustine, Florida. This policy explains what information we collect through studio3sta.com, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our site or sharing your information with us, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

We only collect information you choose to give us:

• Mailing list. When you join our list, we collect your email address so we can let you know about upcoming pop-ups, classes, and events.
• Contact form. When you message us, we collect your name, email address, the nature of your inquiry, and whatever you write in your message.
• Tickets. Tickets to our events are sold through Eventbrite. Any payment details and account information you provide during checkout are collected and processed by Eventbrite under Eventbrite’s privacy policy— we do not collect or store your payment information.

We keep the site intentionally lightweight and do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to keep the site secure and running.

How we use your information

• To send you updates about pop-ups, classes, and events you asked to hear about.
• To respond to your questions, host inquiries, and collaboration requests.
• To operate, maintain, and improve the site and our events.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Service providers we use

We share your information only with the providers that help us run Studio III, and only so they can perform services for us:

• Resend — delivers our emails and manages our mailing list.
• Google Sheets (Google LLC) — stores mailing-list sign-ups and contact-form submissions.
• Eventbrite — processes event registration, ticketing, and payments.

Email and your choices

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any message, or by emailing us at the address below. You may also ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you, and we’ll honor those requests as required by applicable law.

Data retention

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the things described above, or until you ask us to remove it.

Children’s privacy

Our site and services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Photos and video at events

We regularly photograph and film our events for marketing and social media. Please see the photography and video release in our Terms of Service for details on how that works and how to opt out at an event.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll revise the “last updated” date above.
